Privacy policy

Last updated: October 11, 2026

CallReady is a practice tool for call-center agents and job seekers: you handle simulated customer calls with an artificial intelligence (AI) caller and get scored on how you handled them. This page explains what data we collect, what we use it for and what you can do about it.

In short: we keep your email, your role and focus, and the transcript and scorecard of each practice call. We don't record your voice. We don't sell data or show ads.

1. What we collect

2. Your voice and your calls

Speech recognition is done by your browser. In Chrome, the audio is sent to Google to turn it into text. CallReady never receives audio, only the text of what you say or type.

During a call, that text is sent to an AI provider (currently Google Gemini) to generate the caller's replies and your scorecard. We keep the transcript with your scorecard so you can review the call later. The AI provider also processes the text and, on free plans, may use it to improve its products. Don't share real personal information (card numbers, addresses, passwords) during practice calls; every customer and company in the scenarios is fictional.

3. What we use it for

We don't sell data or use it for advertising.

4. Services that process the data

CallReady uses these providers, which store or process data in the United States:

5. How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account exists. You can ask us to delete your account and all your calls at any time.

6. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or its deletion by writing to support@callreadyhn.com from your account's email. We will reply within 30 days.

7. Age

CallReady is for people 18 and older. If you are under 18, please don't use it.

If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page and announce important changes inside the app.
